The application process for the Veterans Health Accelerator Project (VHAP) is designed to ensure that all participants are optimally prepared for their journey through our revolutionary exosomes treatment program.
Interested veterans and first responders begin by completing our registration form, which gathers basic information. This is followed up with a one on one video conference before collecting more information.
Applicants are required to provide comprehensive medical records for healthcare professionals to assess their suitability for the treatment accurately. Once an applicant is accepted for potential treatment, more tests may be ordered. (Paid by Veteran Health Accelerator Project)

Intake Procedure
The initiation of the application process for the Veterans Health Accelerator Project (VHAP) starts with the completion of our registration intake form. This is basic information about you and how to contact you for an online video conversation. This short visit will ensure your qualifications and answer any potential questions regarding VHAP or the medical procedures.
Following that conversation you will be linked to an indepth questionnaire regarding your personal history, service record, and other information needed to complete your pre-qualification.
NOTE: You will be given a link to a portal site to upload documents to support the information you included in the questionnaire.
Once your questionnaire is completed and your supporting documents are uploaded, your application will be reviewed by the VHAP commitee and determined to move on to the next step of medical verification.
Medical Verification
With the authorization of the VHAP qualifying commitee is complete, your account/project is released to our medical specialist who will contct you to secure your current medical records and potentially arrange for more medical tests to better evaluate your situation and the best medical approach to take on your behalf.
NOTE: Any additional medical test required is paid by VHAP. There will be no costs for you.
With the final plan presented by our medical expert is released to the VHAP board, the project gets its release to be initiated and the grant funds set aside for your treatment.
Treatment Plan
With your accepted and funded grant application, you will be contacted with information pertaining to your assigned medical treatment provider, location, date and time for your initial treatment.
NOTE: Your medical, travel, hotel, meals, and transportation from the airport, to the hotel, treatment center, return to the hotel, and back to the airport are covered by your grant money. If a travel companion is suggested by the medical staff, they will be included as well.
Once you have received your initial treatment, there will be a plan presented with your overall health improvement presented. It may include additional trips for treatment, exercise regiment, dietary suggestions, and monthly meetings with one of our provided health coaches.
At the end of the granted period, (usually one year of treatment), you will have a final interview with our coach and given a list of potential resources to assist you in further recovering from your injuries or disorders.
